Mr Leek’s Tea Gardens

“…we come to a large case, 6ft x 8 ft, with a glass front, containing a splendidly executed model of an English seaside village, all houses being covered with shells and seaweed, and the walls lined with the same all round.”
Mr Leek’s Tea Gardens and Museum down at the Mersey Bluff were an eclectic mix of weird and wonderful, including this model village made of shells.
